Body Lift = Abdominoplasty + Outer Thigh & Buttock Lift

A body lift combines two great operations: Abdominoplasty and Outer Thigh & Buttock Lift (OTBL). It can sometimes also include Inner Thigh Lift, but Dr. Loftus recommends holding off on the inner thigh lift for two reasons: 1) The inner thighs often benefit from the abdominoplasty & OTBL, and so many women are able to forego an inner thigh lift entirely; 2) The recovery from inner thigh lift is so significant that, combined with abdominoplasty & OTBL, it is too much for many people to do at once.

These cases show the benefit for patients who had loose skin from weight loss and also those who had loose skin from aging alone.
